Award winning chef, Michael Donovan, brings uncomplicated and delicious food to the Whale Restaurant. His culinary influence is predominantly Italian, peppered with Middle Eastern and Asian flavours. He changes his menu seasonally, and in keeping with the surrounding environment it features fresh local seafood and meats along with the available local produce, some from the Whale Restaurants own garden.
